Wow! I can't believe it is June already! How this year has flown!!!!! Here's how our day looked:
Notes/Reminders for Today
- Please bring your $5 for the tri-fold boards. Students will begin designing their social presentations over the next few classes.
- Students received a letter on Wednesday inviting them (and their parents) to attend the Sr. Drama performance of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe as a grade 6 class event on Friday, June 8 at 7:30 pm. The drama production coincides with our novel study. Mr. Marchand will reserve a block of seats for the grade 6 students (and their parents), but ticket requests and money needed to be paid by today, Friday, June 1. Let me know via email that you are coming and I will reserve you a ticket!!!!!
9:00 - 10:00- French
Students were treated to a special presentation from Ms. Monahan, an EHS teacher, that grew up in New Brunswick, which is Canada's only bilinugual province. She shared her expertise of French, discussed the importance of knowing French and taught the students how to talk about their family. THANK YOU MISS MONAHAN!!!!!!
10:00 - 11:00 -Math
All ratio assignments were due today. Students learned about equivalent ratios. Students completed several practice exercises on the dry erase boards. Everyone has grasped this evenly........

Students continued to work on preparing their heritage fair presentation. TRIFOLD BOARD MONEY IS NOW DUE!!!!!!!! A date for our heritage fair will be set next week!!!!
