Monday, Maech 26 - Day 4

HOJA will be performing for the junior students tomorrow at 9:30!

9:00 - 10:30 - Centres

This was Day 4 of Cycle 17 centres. Please pick up your centre activities if you are absent.An overview of the centres can be found on the blog posting for Tuesday, March 20. Guided reading will continue to focus on our Mission Book Club info fiction graphic novels. Students are looking at various reading strategies. ALL CENTRE ACTIVITIES ARE DUE ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29.

10:30 - 11:10 - Math 6B
Several assignments were handed back to students.  We reviewed a few concepts that students had difficulty with.  Some students were asked to redo assignments to improve their marks.  No new homework was assigned

11:15-12:15 - French 6A
This class was devoted to our French calendars. We will have 1 more working class and then the calendars will be due!  Due date is Tuesday, April 3.


1:20- 2:20 - Catch up Class
Several students were away singing at the music festival, so the students that were left had the opportunity to catch up and redo assignments. The following was a list of activities students worked on:
- overdue assignments (each student was given a list of outstanding assignments)
- Benefits of Treaty Writing Assignment (this is due on Wednesday)
- centre activities (these are due on Wednesday)
- current events (this is due on April 4)

Congratulations, Glee members for your fine performance.  I wish I could have been there to see it!!!!
