Cycle 17 Centres are due on March 28.  THIS IS TOMORROW!!!!!

SOCIAL

Map Skills - 6A is due on April 8 - 6B is due on April 9
Climate data table - 6A  is due on April 8

FRENCH
-ER verb assignment "Habiter" sheet is due on April 8.  The second -ER sheet is also due on April 8. 

HEALTH
"How the AIDS virus Works" is due on April 8

 OUR DAY IN A NUTSHELL......

ELA

Today was Day 4 of Cycle 17 centres. ALL CENTRE ACTIVITIES ARE DUE TOMORROW!!!
We began our new read aloud, "Maniac McGee" today. During the second half of the period, students worked through an "English Smart" booklet.  The first 2 pages should be completed.

MATH 6B
Equivalent ratios were reviewed with students.  The textbook assignment - Page 192 #1-12 was assigned (only #1-4 are due for tomorrow)

SOCIAL 6A
 Mali in the Crossfire - students worked on identifying key events in the battle to oust the extremists from Mali.  They also completed a crossword puzzle.  The is not homework.
The second half of the class was spent on the climate book.  Students finished recording the data from the climograph into their charts and calculating total precipitation, temperature range and average temperature.  THIS IS HOMEWORK.

Reading Buddies
 Students listed to Maniac McGee after their reading buddy time.

French 6B
Conjugating er verbs was reviewed.  Students had time to complete the "habiter" sheet and the second verb conjugation sheet.  THESE ARE BOTH DUE FOR MONDAY, APRIL 8. 
Students were then each assigned an -ER  verb and were instructed to create a poster on how to conjugate the verb.  This will continue after the break.
