Today was "Day 4" of cycle 16 centres. ALL CENTRE ACTIVITIES are due on Monday, March 11. Keep working on the independent reading activities as well! Below is a list of the centres that need to be completed.

The hand in on equivalent fractions was due today. Students were introduced to comparing mixed numbers and improper fractions. Students viewed a video that explained how fractions can be compared when the numberator is the same, when the denominator is the name and when both the numerator AND the denominator are the same. Our study of climate was continued today. Students reviewed the video and answsered the questions from the viewing guide which highlight the world climate regions, the factors that affect climate and the way climate influences living pattersn.
