MATH

THE ENTIRE BOOKLET ON COMPARING MIXED NUMBERS AND IMPROPER FRACTIONS IS DUE ON TUESDAY.

ELA

Students must be prepared to present their version of "The Tiger's Whisker" on Tuesday.

SOCIAL

Map Skills - 6A is due on March 13 - 6B is due on March 14
Idle No More - Questions/Editorial Cartoon and map need to be completed by March 25 for 6A and March 26 for 6B.
World Climate Map - 6A 9s due March 15; 6B is due March 20

HEALTH
AIDS - Transmission questions are due on March 21

FRENCH

Er verb booklet - page 28 is due next French class

OUR DAY IN A NUTSHELL......

ELA

Students finished working on their props and backdrop for their performance of "The Tiger's Whisker".Please be ready to present!

HODGEPODGE
1.  Students had time to type their "Picture's Worth 1000 words"  If you were away, with choir, you should try and get this finished up in RTI next weed.
2.  Students worked on overdue assignments.
3.  Students had time to work on various upcoming assignments.
 

SOCIAL/ SCIENCE 6
Grade 6 was combined today to work on both social and science. In social students were to finish the world climate map, the idle no more package, their map skills and any overdue assignments.   

MATH 6B
We continued looking at comparing mixed numbers and improper fractions. We have been looking at 2 strategies. Placing the numbers on a number line OR finding equivalent fractions with common denominators.We did a few together and then the rest of the booklet was assigned for homework.  It is due on Tuesday.

Students learned how to conjugate an er verb today.  They were given a booklet on er verbs and were assigned page 28
