Students had the entire period to work on their Family Heritage Interview Powerpoint Assignments. Each slide should be a separate question and response. There will be 2 more classes to work on this. These are coming along very nicely. It would be great if students could come with some pictures that they could add to their presentations.
MATH 6B
Students were introduced to a new concept, "Using Variables." Students have learned how to write the pattern rule from a table of values as an expression with a variable. For example if the pattern rule is "Multiply the input by 4 and add 6, the expression would be 4n + 6." Students have also leaned how a table of values can be used to solve problems.
