The textbook assignment on Exploring multiples was due today. Students were given an answer key to check their marks. Two hand in pages were asssigned for homework (BLM 27 AND Exploring Multiples). THESE ARE DUE TOMORROW!!!

September current events and the Globes and the Earth centre activity were handed back to students. Today was a map skills day. Students were assigned, "O Canada" This is due on October 18. The remainder of the class was devoted to working on a continents and oceans map that assignment. A due date has not been set for this.

Teacher passes were issued to students doing some catch up work. I am so pleased that students are requesting teacher passes. It demonstrates that they are being responsible for their learning. How wonderful!
