Notes/Reminders for Today
- Most students have brought their $5 for the tri-fold boards. There are just a couple of students that need to bring their money....Students have begun designing their presentations.The heritage fair will be held on June 20 from 1:00-3:30.
- Tonight - June 12 - Band Concert - Don't forget to bring an extra shirt!!!
- June 22 - Grade 6 Band Recruitment at Gillen and barbeque at Carlton Trail

9:00 - 10:30- ELA 6B
Today was Day 3 of Cycle 22 centres. This will be our last round of centres for the year. An overview of the activities can be found below:

10:30 - 11:00 -CWE
Students continued working on identifying their Multiple Intelligences. Students found out their two dominant intellingences and wrote a summary on what that means about them
Period Three -French 6B
The two handout pages on Ma Famille were corrected together. Unfortunately, several students did not have this completed.
Students worked on their Ma Famille Project in the library lab. There will be 2-3 more classes to complete this. Presentations will be done on June 26 and 27.
Period Four - Math 6B
The textbook assignment from page 192 and 193 was corrected together as a class. Students began working on the review for the test on Thursday. The assignment is as follows:
Page 194- 195 #1,2,3,4,5, 6 (use fraction circles), 7 (use number lines), 8 (use number lines), 9b,c, 10 , 11, 12 (use hundredths grid)
Math Test on Thursday, June 14!!!
Period Five -Social 6A (6B had Science - check Ms. Smart's blog for details)
Students continued to work on preparing their heritage fair presentation. TRIFOLD BOARD MONEY IS NOW DUE!!!!!!!! OUR HERITAGE FAIR WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 20!!!
