Notes/Reminders for Today- Our social studies heritage fair will be held on June 20 from 1:00-3:30.Students have been working VERY hard on creating their displays. The following need to be completed by June 20:
- Tri-fold Board
- Language Dictionary
- A minimum of 2 interactive items
- Oral component
- Family members are welcome to attend this event to view the students' displays
- June 22 - Grade 6 Band Recruitment at Gillen and barbeque at Carlton Trail
- The following assignments are overdue for some students:
- Friendly Letter
- Social Dictionary
- Math - Step by Step 7, Extra Practice 7 , Step by Step 8
- Other assignments that you can be working on are:
- Poetry Slam - have your poem memorized
- Ma Famille Project - presentations are on June 26 and 27
- Centre activities - due tomorrow!!!! The following is a list of centres that need to be completed!!!!!
9:00 - 10:00- French 6B
Students had today's class to work on their "Ma Famille" project. It is so wonderful to see their enthusiasm for this project - J'adore ma famille!!!!!
10:00 - 11:00 -Math 6B
Students wrote their Math test today on Fractions, Ratio and percent. If you were absent, be prepared to write your test when you return.
