Our Day in a Nutshell

Period 1 - MATH 6B
1. Bell work
2. Conditioning
3. Divisibility Rules
    - the panda booklet was corrected together
    - students practised writing divisibility proofs (explaining why a number is or is not divisible by 2,3,4,5,6,9,10.  A proof assignment was given for homework.  This is due tomorrow.

Period 2 - FRENCH 6A
Because of the technical difficulty last day, students had another DuoLingo Day

Period 3 - ELA
Today was Day 2 of Cycle 2 Centers.
All centers are due on October 16

 Period 4 - SCIENCE 6B
Naming Trees
- the cut and paste from last day was due
- students reviewed how to name trees using the "tree diagram"
- we went outside and found a tree sample and then used the tree diagram to identify the characteristics of the tree.  The students created a poster.
