OUR DAY IN A NUTSHELL

Period One and Two - ELA
Students worked on their Christmas surprise for the first 2 periods today.


Period Three - Math 6

1. Bell work

2. Conditioning

3. Algebra Booklets were corrected together.

4. Applying expressions with variables to problem solving.  Students completed several questions together.

5. A handin assignment was given.
  

Period Four - SOCIAL 6A

1.  Map Skills - High and Dry was corrected together.  Students were assigned a new map skills. It is due on Dec. 20
2. Landforms Presentation- the rest of the class was used to work on the landforms assignment.

The Solar System
1. Students classified their brainstorming page from Friday's class into categories (Planets, the sun, moons, history etc).  We discussed why it is important to learn about space.
2. Students read and completed questions about "Our Amazing Sun".
