HOMEWORK:

MATH

EXTRA PRACTICE 4 and HOMEWORK BOOK 4 ARE DUE TOMORROW.

ELA

Cycle 17 Centres are due on March 28
ALL "A Picture's Worth 1000 Words"  were due on Friday, March 22 - I DID NOT GET THIS FROM EVERYBODY....

SOCIAL

Map Skills - 6A is due on April 8 - 6B is due on April 9
Idle No More - Questions/Editorial Cartoon and map need to be completed by March 25 for 6A and March 26 for 6B.

FRENCH
-ER verb assignment "Habiter" sheet is due on April 8.  Students also have another er verb page, but it is not homework.

 

OUR DAY IN A NUTSHELL......

ELA

Students worked on Cycle 17 Day 3 centres today.  Please pick up the centres you missed if you were away.  All centres are due on Thursday, March 28.

HEALTH 6B
We corrected the "Transmission of HIV" questions.  Students were assigned "How the HIV Virus works" which was given to them last class.  This is due on Aptril 8

SOCIAL 6BStudents were to hand in "Idle No More" Today.  They were assigned a new story, "Mali in the Crossfire"  Their task today was to highlight the key events in the battle to oust the extremists out of Mali.
Students spent the rest of the class reading and recording  the temperature and precipitation from their climographs and recording them in their climate booklets.  Nothing was assigned for homework.

MATH 6B
We continued looking at ratios today.  Students had time to finish extra practice 4 and homework book 4.  THESE ARE BOTH DUE FOR TOMORROW. 
We then started to look at equivalent ratios.  We will continue this tomorrow.

FRENCH

We continued our look at conjugating er verbs.  Students handed in the er booklet that was due today, reviewed the concept of conjugating a verb and were assigned the "habiter" sheet.  This is due next French class (April 8).  A second practice page was also given, but not all students started this and it is not homework.
