Students listened to our new read aloud for the first 20 minutes. Students are completing a variety of activities while listening to the story. If you were absent, you will want to get the vocabulary definitions that were discussed today.
In Health, we reviewed the 6 steps of the decision making process. Students were then assigned the final case study in the decision making booklet. This is due on Wednesday if it did not get completed during class time.

Class began with a multiplication conditioning. We then reviewed the "trick" for identifying pattern rules in a table of values. (if the input numbers are consecutive and the output numbers increase by 2, you will have x2 as part of your pattern rule. Students were assigned Homework Book 1. This is due for tomorrow. The rest of the class time was spent creating activities to play the game, "What's My Pattern Rule?" Students were required to make a pattern rule, apply it to a set of input/output cards and create a table to model it in preparation for playing the game next day.
