9:00 - 10:30 - Centres

We completed Day 4 of centres today. We will resume with centres on Wednesday, Nov 1. Great working, Grade 6! I am enjoying my new centre groups. DON'T FORGET YOUR SENTENCE FLUENCY PRACTICE IS DUE ON MONDAY!!!!

10:35 - 11:10 - Math 6B

Students had time to finish working on their Prime and Composite numbers hand in assignment. If it did not get completed in class, it is due on Monday. When students were done, they finished playing the game, "Go for 50" that they started yesterday.

11:15 - 12:15 - French 6A (6B had Phys. Ed)

Students shared their "Present a Person" projects with the class. Good job, Grade 6. We still have 8 left to present. We will finish these next class.

1:20 - 2:20 - Social 6A (6B had Science - check Ms. Smart's blog for details)

Students had 20 minutes to work on current events. They will have one more class to work on this. It is due on Thursday, December 1.

We started our study of latitude. We completed the first 2 pages of the handout.
