Period 1 - MATH 6B

    - the page from yesterday was corrected together

    - students were assigned an extra practice

    - Father Christmas, a coordinate grid art assignment was started today. We will work on this tomorrow.

Period 2 - FRENCH 6B/6A

1.  Students finished their months of the year booklet

2.  The rest of the class was devoted to adding days and months to their calendars.

Period 3 - ELA 6B

Students played a chapter 12 Blooket,  listened to chapter 13 of the novel, played a chapter 13 Blooket and then worked on Chapter 11-13 questions.  These are due tomorrow.

FAMILY HERITAGE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE TOMORROW!!!!!

 Period 4 - DRAMA

Students performed "The Year Santa Got Mixed Up" to the other grade 6 class and then we watched 6A perform their play.

 Period 5 - SOCIAL/SCIENCE 6A

1. Map Skills was corrected together.

2. Students had time to work on their micro-organism assignment AND their Atlantic Country Venns.

I wasn't sure if we'd have reading buddies, but if they are cancelled, students will have time to work on their family heritage

Students then listened to Chapter 11 of Bridge to Terabithia.  If you were absent, please make sure you have listened to or read this chapter.

        - students wrote an exit slip

4. Solving Problems Using Expressions

        - students learned how to solve problems using expressions

        - we did TWO problems together and then students were assigned one to complete on their own.  THERE IS A TEACHING VIDEO ON GOOGLE CLASSROOM.  IF YOU WERE ABSENT, WATCH THE VIDEO!

Period 2 - FRENCH 6B

We continued our look at "Les Mois de l'Annee".  Students worked through the booklet and we wrapped class up with a game.

Period 3 - ELA

BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA    

    - Chapter 5-7 Questions were due today

    - Students played a chapter 8 Blooket

    - We listened to chapter 9 and 10.  If you were absent, please listen to these chapters.  If the Audio on Google Classroom doesn't work, just go to You Tube and Google it.
